Having a present and prepared Father in a birth space creates an anchored experience for the Mother - creating deeper advocacy and safer outcomes.

Join Emma and Ryan for this virtual class centered around the experience of the Father/partner in birth.

We’ll talk about preparation and how to show up for a birth in a grounded and supportive way - setting you up for a more empowered journey as a Father/partner.

Topics discussed will include: birth advocacy, making informed decisions, fears and what to do with them, getting your personal needs met and what to expect postpartum, and much more.

Ryan will speak his lived experience of grounding and supporting Emma's births.

He will speak openly about his journey with birth, from a more difficult first birth,

to a well-informed second birth (with significantly better outcome).

Pregnancy tends to be a time that all energies circle around  the Mother. This is purposeful and important.

This class is specifically crafted to support the process of the Father/Partner.

It is a space for men and partners to learn and be supported personally as they navigate the process of supporting another.

Emma and Ryan will offer simple and concrete ways to support both yourself and your partner in the birth process.

Emma will offer some basic and simple grounding and self-care techniques for you to carry with you.

Ryan will share his experience of stepping into his power in a birth space and the outcomes he experienced as a Father, a husband and personally in his own embodiment.
